This one-hour cocktail masterclass gives you a front-row seat to all of it.
Your session is led by the distillery’s own experts, who walk you through the techniques that professional bartenders use behind the best bars in Dublin. You will learn how to balance flavours, how to shake versus stir, and why the ice you use matters more than you think. The spirits you work with are all made on site at Stillgarden, so every cocktail you mix has a story behind it - from the botanicals in the gin to the fruit infusions in the vodka.
