About This Tour

Roe and Co is not your typical distillery tour. Set inside the beautifully converted former Guinness Power Station in the Liberties, it is as much about design and atmosphere as it is about whiskey. The space is sleek, modern, and Instagram-ready - a far cry from the dark-wood-and-brass aesthetic of most whiskey experiences. And at its heart is a hands-on cocktail workshop that puts you behind the bar.

You choose between two workshop formats when you book. The Blending experience takes you into Room 106, where you discover the secrets of Roe and Co’s unique blend and build your own perfect Whiskey Old Fashioned. The Flavours experience explores the five pillars of taste to help you identify your ideal flavour profile. Both are led by a professional mixologist who walks you through every step, and both end with you enjoying the cocktail you have just made.

After the workshop, you are invited to relax with a signature serve in the Power House Bar - a spectacular double-height space that feels more like a high-end hotel lounge than a distillery visitor centre. The whole thing takes about an hour, making it easy to slot into a day exploring the Liberties. Good to Know

• The distillery is on Thomas Street in the Liberties, a short walk from the Guinness Storehouse and Teeling Distillery. You could easily visit two distilleries in one afternoon.
• You must be 18 or over to participate in the cocktail workshop.
• Choose your workshop (Blending or Flavours) when booking. Both are excellent - Blending suits whiskey enthusiasts, Flavours works better for cocktail lovers and beginners.
• The Power House Bar is worth lingering in after your workshop. The cocktail menu goes well beyond the included serve.
• This pairs naturally with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse or Teeling Distillery for a full Liberties distillery crawl.
