This class at the Jameson Distillery on Bow Street puts professional tools in your hands and a Jameson Brand Ambassador at your side, and by the end of the hour you will have shaken, stirred, and sipped your way through three classic cocktails that you can confidently recreate at home.

The lineup covers essential ground: the Whiskey Sour, which teaches you balance between sweet and sour; the Old Fashioned, the cocktail that lets the whiskey do most of the talking; and the Jameson Punch, a bolder creation that shows how whiskey plays with fruit and spice. Your instructor demonstrates each step, then you make your own - measuring, muddling, shaking, straining, and garnishing. The bartender circulates, correcting your technique and sharing the kind of tips that separate a decent home cocktail from a genuinely impressive one.

Between the shaking and sipping, you also pick up the history of Jameson and the broader story of Irish whiskey. It adds depth to the experience without slowing down the fun.
