About This Tour

Stillgarden Distillery does things differently. Their spirits are sustainably produced, their flavours are boundary-pushing, and their cocktail masterclass lets you get hands-on with the whole process. This is not a passive tasting - you are behind the bar, shaking, stirring, and crafting three signature drinks using Stillgarden’s award-winning spirits.

The session starts with a tour of the distillery where you learn about the history of distillation and see the state-of-the-art equipment up close. Then you roll up your sleeves and get to work. The liquid experts walk you through each cocktail, explaining the techniques and the thinking behind the flavour combinations. Expect molecular elements, unusual ingredients, and the kind of creativity that makes each drink feel more like an experiment than a recipe.

After the masterclass, you are welcome to hang out in Bar Lab8 - Stillgarden’s speakeasy bar tucked away on the premises. Order another round, challenge someone to a game of cornhole, and enjoy the atmosphere. While there is no food served at the distillery, you can order delivery from local restaurants to the venue.
