About This Tour

Stillgarden Distillery sits just south of Dublin city centre and produces a range of beautifully crafted modern Irish gins. This afternoon tea experience brings you behind the scenes to discover what goes into every bottle - from the 120 botanicals lining the distillery walls to the careful blending process that gives each gin its character.

Your host walks you through the history of distillation before guiding you through a tasting flight of four signature gins. Each pour comes with tasting notes and pairing suggestions, so you leave knowing your juniper from your coriander seed. After the tasting, settle in for a proper afternoon tea spread - think layered cake stands, finger sandwiches, and sweet treats that pair surprisingly well with a gin and tonic.

The whole session runs about 90 minutes and wraps up with a relaxed Q&A where you can pick the brains of the distillery’s liquid experts. If gin is not your thing, non-alcoholic alternatives are available - just let the team know when you book.
