Zero 7 live at Wigwam Dublin

Zero 7 are one of those acts that everyone knows even if they don’t know the name. In the Waiting Line was in the Garden State soundtrack. Destiny launched Sia’s career. Simple Things is one of the best downtempo albums ever made. Now Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker are bringing it all to Wigwam in Dublin.

What to Expect

Zero 7’s music is warm, layered, and beautiful. It sits in that space between electronic and acoustic that very few acts have ever pulled off as well. Live, the songs take on a different dimension - the production is intricate on record, but in a venue like Wigwam you get to hear the textures and details in a way that headphones can’t quite match.

Wigwam is the perfect venue for this. The basement space has a quality sound system, and the intimate setting means you’re right there in the music rather than watching from the back of a cavernous room. Expect a crowd that actually listens, appreciates the quieter moments, and goes home buzzing.

If you’re a fan of Bonobo, Air, Thievery Corporation, or Boards of Canada, this is your night.

Good to Know

  • Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm
  • Wigwam holds around 400 in the basement venue
  • Over 18s only
  • The venue has a cafe-bar upstairs and club space downstairs
  • Sound system is excellent - one of Dublin’s best
  • Arrive early for a good spot
