Aoife Dunne brings her critically acclaimed debut show Good Grief to the 3Olympia Theatre on Sunday 19 April 2026. After selling out her entire 2025 tour including Edinburgh Fringe, Galway International Arts Festival and major Irish theatre dates, Dunne has stepped up to the 3Olympia stage for this Dublin date, and she is more than ready for it.

Good Grief is not quite like other comedy shows. Dunne blends stand-up, theatrical storytelling and moments of genuine emotional truth as she explores loss, grief, connection and the bizarre and hilarious ways human beings find to survive what they thought might break them. At the centre of the show is the loss of her mother in 2010, and the years of working out how to laugh about the impossible. The result is a show that has made audiences cry with recognition and collapse with laughter in roughly equal measure.

Getting There

The 3Olympia Theatre is on Dame Street in Dublin 2, close to Dublin Castle and Temple Bar. Luas Red Line to Jervis or Abbey Street, both a short walk. Buses 49, 54A and 56A serve Dame Street. Nearest car parks at ILAC Centre and Setanta Place.
