We’ll stop at some of the city’s most spectacular light displays, share a few seasonal surprises, and finish with a cosy festive treat together.

Itinerary

1. Welcome to Dublin Winter Walks! Tonight we’ll step into the festive spirit of Dublin — twinkling lights, seasonal traditions, and a warm treat to finish. (5 min)
2. For Dubliners, Henry Street is where Christmas really begins (10 min)
3. Many couples cross here at Christmas for a first kiss under the lights — it’s Dublin’s own mistletoe moment (5 min)
4. Fun Fact: Guinness used to gift every employee a Christmas turkey up until the 1980s. (10 min)
5. Buskers (street performers) make Grafton magical at Christmas. Picture Bono or Glen Hansard singing here on Christmas Eve.
