Itinerary

1. Guided tour of the monastic settlement discovering the 1,500 year history and legends. (60 min)
2. Free time to walk along the Wild Glendalough Valley inside Wicklow’s National Park. (60 min)
3. Brief photo stop at the top of the Wicklow Gap mountain pass to take in some of Wicklow’s finest scenery often used in movies. (15 min)
4. Ireland’s medieval capital - Kilkenny City. Free time for lunch on arrival. Walking tour included (c.45 minutes) and time for private sightseeing. Castle entrance not included but the Castle Park and Gardens are free of charge and there is time to visit inside the Castle if time is well managed. (Entrance to Castle interior is not included) (180 min)
5. Return Time at 6pm approx. (1 min)

Meeting point: Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure to check in with the tour guide. Please look for the COLLINS coach. Departure is at 8.45am sharp.
