Phoenix Park Parkrun - Free Weekly 5K
Phoenix Park Parkrun is a free, timed 5K run/walk every Saturday morning in one of Europe’s largest enclosed parks. It’s open to all abilities from competitive runners to first-timers and walkers. Just register once online and show up.
What to Expect
A friendly, inclusive 5K through Phoenix Park. The route is scenic and flat, passing through parkland with the possibility of spotting the park’s famous deer herd. There are usually 200-400 participants, from serious runners to families walking. It’s timed but it’s not a race. Everyone from PB-hunters to pram-pushers is welcome.

- Every Saturday at 9:30am, rain or shine
- Free, forever
- Register once at parkrun.ie (get your barcode)
- Meet at the bandstand near the Phoenix Park Visitor Centre
- Route is flat and suitable for all abilities
- Coffee and chat afterwards
- Volunteers always welcome
