What to Expect
Leinster Rugby welcome RC Toulon to the Aviva Stadium on Saturday 2 May 2026 for the Investec Champions Cup semi-final, with kick-off at 3pm. Having secured their place with a dominant 43-13 win over Sale Sharks, Leinster are in red-hot form and hungry for European glory. This is one of the biggest occasions in the European rugby calendar, and a packed Aviva will create an electric atmosphere.
Toulon are formidable opponents, having upset Glasgow Warriors in the quarter-finals. A team known for physicality and pedigree, they have lifted the Champions Cup three times and will not make the journey easy. Leinster’s home record in knockout rugby is outstanding, and this promises to be a compelling clash of styles under the Dublin spring sunshine.
The winner advances to the Champions Cup final. For Leinster supporters, this is a chance to witness the province take another step toward a fifth star on the jersey, a prize that has eluded them since 2018.
