The Iveagh Gardens are Dublin’s best-kept secret - a stunning Victorian park hidden behind the National Concert Hall that most Dubliners don’t even know about. In summer, free lunchtime concerts bring live music to this magical setting.
What to Expect
Live music in one of Dublin’s most beautiful green spaces. The concerts typically feature classical, jazz, folk, and acoustic acts, and run weekly through summer. Bring your lunch, find a bench or a spot on the grass, and enjoy world-class music for free. The gardens have a waterfall, a rustic grotto, fountains, a rosarium, and a maze - it genuinely feels like a hidden world.

- Weekly through June, July, and August (check for exact schedule)
- Free, no booking required
- Bring your own lunch - there are benches and lawns
- Enter via Clonmel Street (off Harcourt Street) or through UCD’s Earlsfort Terrace campus
