Dun Laoghaire Parkrun is a beautiful coastal 5K along the seafront every Saturday morning. The flat course runs along the promenade with views across Dublin Bay to Howth Head - one of the most scenic parkruns in Ireland.
What to Expect
A flat, fast out-and-back course along the Dun Laoghaire seafront promenade. The sea air and views make it special. Usually 200-400 runners, with a friendly community atmosphere. Perfect for beginners and anyone chasing a PB.

Getting There
DART to Dun Laoghaire station, 5-minute walk to the start. Dublin Bus 46A, 75. Free parking on the seafront.
