Dublin Fringe Festival is the city’s biggest and most exciting multi-arts festival. For two weeks every September, venues across Dublin host hundreds of shows spanning theatre, comedy, dance, music, spoken word, circus, and everything in between.
What to Expect
The Fringe is where you’ll see the most exciting, experimental, and boundary-pushing work in Dublin. It’s where new talent emerges, where established artists take risks, and where you can see five shows in a day if you’re up for it. The programme is massive and varied, with something for everyone from immersive theatre to stand-up comedy to contemporary dance.
Many of Ireland’s biggest theatre and comedy stars got their start at the Fringe, and it remains the best place to discover what’s next in Irish performance.
