Dancing Well with Parkinson’s is a 10-week dance programme designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. Based on the internationally recognised Dance for PD model, the classes use music and movement to address the physical and emotional challenges of Parkinson’s in a joyful, supportive, community setting.
