Eli Brown is a British DJ and producer who’s been one of the most consistent names in tech-house for the past few years. He’s got releases on Repopulate Mars, Defected, and his own imprint, and his sets are known for high energy and that relentless forward momentum that suits the Liberty Lane room well.

block. is one of Dublin’s best underground club spaces. The room at 13-14 Liberty Lane is compact, the sound system is serious, and they don’t mess around with bookings. Eli Brown is exactly the kind of act they put on the bill.

What to expect

Doors at 10pm, but this one runs deep into Friday morning. Get there before midnight if you want your spot on the floor; it fills up once word spreads that it’s going well. Dress down, expect a crowd that’s there for the music, and be prepared to stay longer than you planned.

Liberty Lane is a short walk from Patrick Street and Aungier Street. On-street parking is limited so public transport is the better call; the 27 and 150 bus routes stop nearby. No dress code but it’s a club, not a bar, so read the room.
